The Practice strives very hard to ensure that all our patients receive high-quality care. We welcome any suggestions or comments from you as to how we could improve the service we offer.

If you’d like to be more involved with the development of the practice and its services, please see our Patient Participation Group.
If you have feedback relating to a service that we offer, you can contact Healthwatch – Cheshire West. They provide a service that gathers feedback on health and social care and then produces reports that are shared with those who have the power to make positive changes to local services.
We have an in-house complaint procedure, and should you feel that your needs are not being met or you have concerns about treatment or advice received, please contact our Operations Manager, who will be happy to deal with the matter.
