City Walls Medical Centre and Saughall Medical Centre provide a modified version of the Advanced Access Appointment system as required by the Government. We now offer appointment bookings on the internet. Please ask at reception for a leaflet about this service.

All patients have access to the services of a Health Care Professional within 48 hours for a GP and 24 hours for a Practice Nurse.

Some appointments can be booked in advance and we offer some "Book on the Day" appointments.

There is a Triage Surgery available morning and afternoon together with Minor Illness Clinics which are Nurse led.

When booking an appointment you may be directed to a service that suits your needs within the Health Care Team of the practice.

Extended hours at The Countess of Chester Health Park:

If you are registered at City Walls Medical Centre, you can book a routine appointment outside our opening hours. These appointments are available at The Countess of Chester Health Park, Chester. These additional appointments are available at the following times: Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 12pm.
